Sources, independence & data boundaries
How LibyaSense separates verified public evidence, interpretation, illustrative management data and client-confidential information.
LibyaSense by Alex is a PETRONAQ initiative for public-source energy intelligence and management decision-system demonstration.
Independence
LibyaSense is developed independently. References to Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC), National Oil Well Drilling & Workover Company (NWD), their affiliates, operators, contractors, ministries, international organizations or other named entities identify the subject or source of analysis only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no referenced organization has commissioned, sponsored, approved, endorsed or participated in LibyaSense.
Public-source intelligence
Company and sector factual content is based on publicly available or appropriately licensed sources. Material claims are intended to remain traceable to their source, publication context and verification state. Public-source analysis does not imply access to internal systems, confidential records or non-public operational information.
Illustrative management-system demonstrations
Enterprise metrics, internal management views, scenarios, workflows, decisions, actions, risk items, portfolio measures, project performance measures and similar demonstration content are illustrative unless explicitly identified as sourced public facts.
Illustrative fictional management data must not be interpreted as actual NOC, NWD, operator, contractor, client or asset performance.
Fact, interpretation and uncertainty
LibyaSense separates sourced facts from Alex’s interpretation, analytical inference, scenario assumptions and illustrative demonstration data. Where uncertainty or conflicting evidence exists, it should be stated rather than converted into unsupported precision.
Client-confidential information
A future client implementation would use only authorized information under agreed access, handling and governance controls. Public LibyaSense pages do not contain client-confidential operational data.
Names, trademarks and logos
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their descriptive use within LibyaSense does not imply affiliation or endorsement. LibyaSense does not intentionally use third-party corporate branding in a way that could suggest an official relationship.
Corrections and source questions
If a referenced organization or source owner identifies a factual error, attribution issue or material context that should be reviewed, a correction request can be submitted through the contact page.
