PETRONAQ
WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Effective date: 13 July 2026
Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. About these terms
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Petronaq website, including its pages, written materials, graphics, forms, downloadable materials, and other publicly available content.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge these terms. Where you do not agree with them, you should discontinue use of the website.
These terms concern use of the public website only. Any technical consultancy, advisory, capability-development, or other professional engagement will be governed by separate written terms agreed between the relevant parties.

2. Website operator
This website is operated under the Petronaq business name.
Petronaq
Istanbul, Türkiye — Emaar Square Business Complex
Email: contact@petronaq.com
Legal operator: Ali Hosseini, trading as Petronaq.
References to “Petronaq,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to Ali Hosseini trading as Petronaq.

3. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about Petronaq’s positioning, technical consultancy areas, engagement approach, experience context, capability-development activities, and contact channels.
Website content is intended for general informational and business-development purposes. It is not prepared for the technical, commercial, legal, regulatory, financial, investment, operational, or risk circumstances of any particular organization, asset, field, project, or decision.

4. Website audience
This website is intended primarily for asset owners, operators, engineering organisations, technical professionals, and other parties seeking information regarding Petronaq’s consultancy services.
It is not intended to replace project-specific engineering advice or formal contractual documentation.

5. No professional engagement created
Accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, exchanging preliminary correspondence, arranging an introductory discussion, or receiving general information does not by itself create:
a client or consultancy relationship;
a technical-adviser relationship;
a fiduciary relationship;
a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship;
an obligation for Petronaq to accept or perform an engagement;
an obligation for a visitor or prospective client to retain Petronaq.
A professional engagement is created only through an appropriate written agreement between the relevant contracting parties.
Until such an agreement is in place, visitors should not rely on preliminary communications as final technical advice or authorization to act.

6. No project-specific professional advice
Information published on this website does not constitute project-specific engineering, operational, commercial, legal, regulatory, investment, or other professional advice.
Technical conclusions depend on matters that may include:
the quality and completeness of client data;
asset history and operating conditions;
geological and reservoir uncertainty;
modelling assumptions;
software environments;
economic and commercial inputs;
regulatory requirements;
technical review and validation;
the agreed scope of work.
No technical, investment, operational, procurement, reserves, or asset decision should be made solely on the basis of website content.

7. No reserves, valuation, or investment representation
Unless expressly agreed through a written engagement, website content must not be interpreted as:
a reserves or resources certification;
a Competent Person’s Report (CPR);
an audit opinion;
an independent reserves evaluation;
a securities disclosure;
an investment recommendation;
financial, tax, or legal advice;
a formal asset valuation;
a guarantee of production, recovery, profitability, or technical performance.
Any such work, where offered and legally appropriate, requires a specifically defined scope, suitable evidence, qualified review, and agreed contractual terms.

8. Accuracy and currency of information
Petronaq seeks to present website information carefully and in good faith. However, website content may:
be general or illustrative;
be incomplete;
become outdated;
contain typographical or technical errors;
require interpretation in context;
be changed without prior notice.
Petronaq does not warrant that every page, statement, link, description, or item of information will always be complete, current, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Where current or project-specific information is required, it should be confirmed directly with Petronaq through an appropriate engagement process.

9. Experience and attribution
Experience presented on this website reflects the professional experience of the relevant founders, specialists, advisers, or other contributors and must not be interpreted as Petronaq corporate delivery unless expressly identified as such.
Experience obtained through a prior employer, operator, contractor, consultancy, academic institution, or independent professional role does not become a Petronaq corporate engagement merely because it is relevant to a Petronaq capability or proposed team.
References to combined or specialist experience do not imply:
that all referenced individuals are employees;
that every specialist is available for every engagement;
that Petronaq has an organisational scale beyond its actual operating model;
that a previous client, employer, or operator endorses Petronaq;
that confidential prior work may be disclosed or reproduced.
Specialist participation remains subject to availability, suitability, client requirements, confidentiality, contractual approval, and applicable restrictions.

10. Service descriptions
Descriptions of services, capabilities, workflows, technical disciplines, or engagement models are general and do not constitute a binding offer.
The actual scope of any engagement will depend on:
the client’s requirements;
available data and evidence;
technical feasibility;
specialist availability;
legal and contractual conditions;
software and licensing arrangements;
access permissions;
commercial agreement;
applicable sanctions, export-control, data-residency, or regulatory restrictions.
Petronaq may accept, reject, modify, defer, or decline a proposed engagement at its discretion, subject to any existing binding agreement.

11. Software, tools, and third-party names
The website may refer generally or specifically to industry-standard software, technical systems, workflows, methodologies, service providers, operators, institutions, or third-party products.
Any such reference is descriptive only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Reference to proprietary petroleum software, including examples such as Petrel® from SLB, does not imply:
ownership by Petronaq;
affiliation with or endorsement by the software provider;
authorized reseller, implementation-partner, or training-partner status;
guaranteed licence availability;
authority to provide access beyond applicable licence terms;
that the software will be used in every engagement.
Petronaq’s work may be performed through legally available tools, client-provided licensed environments, properly authorized partner environments, software-agnostic workflows, or other systems approved for the engagement.
All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, products, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original written content, structure, presentation, graphics, brand elements, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Petronaq.
Visitors may:
view the website;
print or save limited extracts for internal, non-commercial evaluation;
share links to public pages;

Visitors may not, without prior written permission:
reproduce substantial parts of the website;

create the impression of endorsement, affiliation, or partnership;
incorporate website content into another service, database, publication, course, or marketing product;
systematically extract or scrape website content.
Nothing on the website transfers any intellectual-property right or grants a licence beyond the limited use expressly permitted by these terms.

13. Confidential and sensitive information
The public website and its contact forms are not intended for transmission of highly sensitive client technical information.
Visitors must not submit through the public form:
reservoir or geological models;
seismic datasets;
production databases;
well files;
reserves or resources information;
detailed field-development materials;
confidential operator or contractor reports;
proprietary software project files;
restricted operational information;
identification documents;
export-controlled or sanctions-restricted information;
other highly sensitive technical or commercial material.
Prospective clients should provide only a high-level requirement summary initially.
Where detailed information is required, Petronaq may arrange appropriate confidentiality terms, an NDA, authorized participants, and an agreed transfer or client-controlled environment.
Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and the Client Data Protection & Confidentiality Statement.

14. Enquiries and communications
Petronaq may respond to an enquiry, request additional information, propose an introductory discussion, refer the matter to an appropriate authorized specialist, or decline to proceed.
Petronaq is not responsible for consequences arising from:
incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a visitor;
communications sent to an incorrect address;
delivery failures outside its reasonable control;
a visitor acting before a formal engagement is agreed;
confidential information sent contrary to the instructions on the website.
Email and website communications should not be treated as secure channels for highly sensitive information unless an appropriate method has been agreed.

15. Privacy and client information
Personal information collected through the website is handled as described in Petronaq’s Privacy Notice.
Technical, operational, commercial, and other client-confidential information is addressed in Petronaq’s Client Data Protection & Confidentiality Statement and, where an engagement proceeds, through applicable NDAs, proposals, master agreements, statements of work, client instructions, and project-specific controls.
Where binding engagement documents establish more specific requirements, those documents govern the relevant engagement.

16. Permitted use
Visitors may use the website only for lawful professional, informational, and business purposes.
Visitors must not:
use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
impersonate another person or organization;
submit false, misleading, or malicious information;
attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, databases, or administrative systems;
interfere with website operation or security;
introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful material;
overload or disrupt website infrastructure;
bypass access or security controls;
use automated extraction tools without authorization;
collect personal information about other users;
use the website to infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or other legal rights;
misrepresent Petronaq’s services, relationships, experience, or statements.
Petronaq may restrict or block access where it reasonably considers such action necessary to protect the website, its users, its systems, or its legal interests.

17. External links and third-party services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, publications, software providers, professional profiles, or other external resources.
A link does not necessarily imply:
endorsement;
partnership;
approval;
control;
responsibility for the external content;
confirmation that the external information is current or accurate.
Petronaq does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, privacy practices, terms, or actions.
Visitors use third-party websites and services at their own discretion and should review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information.

18. Website availability and security
Petronaq may modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.
Petronaq does not guarantee that:
the website will always be available;
access will be uninterrupted;
the website will be free from errors or harmful components;
every device or browser will display the website identically;
external links will remain active.
Visitors are responsible for maintaining reasonable security controls on their own devices, accounts, software, and internet connections.
No public website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

19. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Petronaq is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from:
reliance on general website information rather than engagement-specific advice;
use or inability to use the website;
outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly interpreted content;
third-party websites or services;
unauthorized use of website materials;
information submitted contrary to the website’s confidentiality instructions;
interruptions, technical faults, malicious activity, or events outside Petronaq’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Any responsibility arising from an actual professional engagement will be governed by the relevant written agreement rather than these website terms.

20. Changes to the website and these terms
Petronaq may update:
website content;
service descriptions;
contact details;
technical features;
links;
policies;
these terms.
The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
Continued use of the website after an updated version is published will be subject to the revised terms from the stated effective date.

21. Severability
Where any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

22. No waiver
A failure or delay by Petronaq in exercising a right under these terms does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual issue arising specifically from use of the public website are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the website operator in Türkiye, subject to any mandatory law that applies in another jurisdiction.
The courts and competent authorities of Türkiye will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not determine the law or dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to a professional engagement. Those matters will be established separately in the relevant NDA, proposal, master agreement, statement of work, or other binding contract.
